The entire Bowtie staff was absolutely amazing. We had them cater our wedding. Lindsay's communication up to the wedding was incredible and the staff went above and beyond at our wedding. Not only did they serve delicious food, but they also transformed our extremely messy and chaotic tent into a beautiful space and somehow executed our vision without us telling them what to do. Even with a last-minute request to add cheesecake, they didn’t just say yes—they elevated it. They decorated the cakes beautifully to match our wedding theme, showing incredible attention to detail. From our initial contact with Sanda, the prompt and courteous responses from Lindsay, and the delightful ease and gracious service from Megan at dinner, the entire experience with Bow Tie catering was beyond our expectations. The food was delectable and plentiful. In fact, we enjoyed the generous portions for leftovers and shared them with family to take home. Bowtie catered our wedding at Pole Creek Ranch, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. My partner and I were not able to make the tastings because we live out of the country, so we tasted the food for the first time on the day of the wedding. I was blown away by how good it was, and I had so many guests (like so many) tell me it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. We chose to do all 'passed' appetizers as opposed to a grazing table, and I would highly recommend. Their staff was so kind and professional, including their bartenders. They were accommodating for allergies and dietary preferences for a few of our guests. I really enjoyed the complimentary tasting before the wedding as well! We LOVE Bowtie Catering! Candidly, we were working with a local competing catering company when the relationship with that competitor took a turn. I was then introduced to Bowtie Catering. Already soured from the previous attempts to work with a caterer, I was hesitant to believe this would work out, but WOW did Bowtie deliver and completely blew us away. From the very start they were extremely understanding, gracious, communicative and above all else kind. We went with their ahi tuna bites, caprese skewers and pork belly cups for appetizers, used them for our bar service, and had tri-tip, grilled veggies, scalloped potatoes, pork, salad and much more for dinner. We had SEVERAL people reach out to us about how outstanding the food was and we couldn't agree more-- we could not stop eating, it was SO good. To sum it up, not only was the service top-notch at every step of the way, the owners and employees were extremely communicative and proactive, and the food was incredible. 10/10! Dinner was one of the most important aspects of our wedding for us, and we were so impressed by the flavors and freshness and variety from Bowtie. Sanda and our servers were personable and attentive. Our guests had so many good things to say about the food and service! The group-style tasting event Bowtie hosted before our event was great too; we were able to try so many dishes. They also offer to customize the menu, but the dishes they already offered gave us plenty of delicious options to choose from! Bowtie catered a wedding I coordinated in June of 2023. I really enjoyed working with this entire staff. I had multiple email exchanges, as well as in-person meetings with the manager to ensure the wedding day would go smoothly. And they are so much more than just catering! They were great bartenders, helped me move tables and clean-up at the end of the night, and were very professional the entire day.
